Current Projects and Needs

• New Bath house (IV) up near cabins 15-19. The material should cost and not to exceed $8500 and not less than $6500
• We need new playground equipment. The estimated cost is $35,000.
• Driveway Lighting
• Golf Carts (upgrade or replace)
• Material for landscaping
• We want to remodel The Manor House: The estimated cost is $35,000
• We want to tear down the gift shop & add 35'x14' to the snack shack (to be used as a gift shop/ coffee house).
• We would like to add 22 units to the Mountain View Lodge.
• Our most important need is a multipurpose building with a gym. We would like to seat 450 to 500 people for winter time meetings and large groups. The estimated cost is $5,000,000.
