Heather Marinelli - Director of Daily Operations
When Orv recruited Heather to work for him she was hesitant at first, unsure whether it would be wise to work for her dad. But it turns out working for family is a beautiful thing! They make a great team.
Heather has taken over the daily operations of camp as Orville moves into retirement. Like all the full time staff, she often wears many hats. She loves the new challenge of overseeing the full time staff as well as continuing to take care of the finances, scheduling employees, and doing whatever else needs to be done.
In her spare time she loves reading, baking, taking care of her garden, and volunteering in her daughter’s class.
Orville Boger - Director of Special Projects
Orville, aka Orv/Big O/Papa Bear, is the leader of this great endeavor. He has been involved with Diamond Arrow since 1980. He served as the director from 1980-85, 1990-2001, and has returned for his third tour of duty which began in 2012. Orv's experience and general knowledge of running a business has greatly benefited Diamond Arrow over the years. In the past few years he has been able to tackle deferred maintenance and start new projects, improving the guests' experiences and bringing in new business.
In his spare time he likes to hunt, fish, run, and putter around in his woodworking shop.
Rachel Carroll - Guest Services
We are thrilled to have Rachel as an official part of the team again! She now takes care of booking groups and helping them with everything they need in the planning stage before arrival at camp. As former host, she has a lot of knowledge of group needs as well as how Diamond Arrow functions as a whole.
In her spare time she loves to read, crochet, and bake.
Conrad Carroll - Host & Grounds
Conrad has been around Diamond Arrow for years but has primarily been on the guest group side. With the coming of his and Rachel’s first child, Conrad took over the host position in August of 2022. He is fantastic at relating to our guests and anticipating their needs!
In his spare time he loves to play music, hike, and play board games.
Jacquelyn Neal - Cook
We are so excited Jacquelyn joined us as cook in November 2022. She has a passion for organization which will be put to good use in the kitchen! In the short time she has been here it has become abundantly clear that she has a heart for God and loves Diamond Arrow.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, and working out.
Bryan Clancy - Maintenance
Bryan found us through an old Diamond Arrow friend in the spring of 2022. He is multi-talented in carpentry, general maintenance, and outdoor activities. He jumped right into helping run the ropes course with ease during the busy summer months and is always ready to help with any project that needs to be done.
Byran enjoys woodworking, reading, spending time with friends, and watching a good movie in his spare time.
