Orville Boger - Director

Orville, aka Orv/Big O/Papa Bear, is the leader of this great endeavor. He has been involved with Diamond Arrow since 1980. He served as the director from 1980-85, 1990-2001, and has returned for his third tour of duty which began in 2012. Orv's experience and general knowledge of running a business has greatly benefited Diamond Arrow over the years. In the past few years he has been able to tackle deferred maintenance and start new projects, improving the guests' experiences and bringing in new business.

In his spare time he likes to hunt, fish, run, and putter around in his woodworking shop.

Heather Marinelli - Office Manager

When Orv recruited Heather to work for him she was hesitant at first, unsure whether it would be wise to work for her dad. But it turns out working for family is a beautiful thing! They make a great team.

Heather oversees the office and, like all the permanent staff, often wears many hats. She loves the challenge of creating lasting relationships with groups, taking care of the finances, scheduling employees, and doing whatever else needs to be done.

In her spare time she loves running, baking, and taking care of her garden, chickens, dogs, and family.

Stacy DeHart - Host & Grounds

Stacy joined our team in October 2017 and immediately fit right in! We have enjoyed getting to know her and her family (Justin, Gus, Oli, and Charlotte).

Stacy is in charge of helping the guest groups in any way she can, and she does it well! She is friendly and willing to do whatever the groups need. We also discovered that she loves to paint (which is something we do often around here) and doesn't mind raking millions of pine needles.

We feel so blessed to have her and her family as part of crew!

Roy Bray - Head of Maintenance

Roy hails from Sacramento, CA where, in his former life, he was a landscape contractor. Now he spends most of his week at Diamond Arrow and heads home to family and church on the weekends.

Along with fixing water leaks and unclogging drains and toilets, Roy is also involved in most of the big projects around camp. He is a sound expert and often gets charged with setting up the equipment and sometimes running it.

In his spare time he enjoys reading, hiking, and bicycling.

Gary Green - Cook

Gary has been the cook at Diamond Arrow since 2008. He is well versed in camp food and is always willing to try new and crazy food ideas brought to him by guests and staff alike.

Gary's quirky personality adds a lot of fun to the staff table. Just ask him about his banana scale the next time you are at Diamond Arrow!

In his spare time he loves watching movies and hanging out with Pepper - his bunny (which the rest of the staff call dinner).
