Join the Diamond Arrow Ministry Team
We are always looking for part time staff (and occasionally full time staff) with great attitudes and a heart to serve God in an unconventional way! Please feel free to browse the open positions below and submit an application online!
Our general employees wear many hats. A majority of their time is spent in the kitchen serving food and cleaning up after meals and out on the grounds cleaning bathrooms and accommodations. There are some extra fun activities thrown into the mix as well: Ropes Course, Archery Tag, and Paintball! We help facilitate these activities for many of our groups. When searching for candidates for these positions we often look for self-motivated team players with a really good attitude who are willing to go above and beyond. If this sounds like you, please submit the application form below!
The Head Cook is in charge of running the kitchen efficiently and providing meals for guest groups. At Diamond Arrow we pride ourselves on cooking healthy meals from scratch. As we are a conference center, food service is one of the main ways we show God’s love to our groups. Basic duties involved in this position include, but are not limited to, taking inventory, creating, placing, and accepting food orders, prepping and cooking meals, supervising a kitchen crew, and cleaning the kitchen and dining hall. During the off season the person in this position may help with other cleaning projects on the grounds. Click here for the full description and details.
We hire 15-18 seasonal summer staff each year. Responsibilities for summer staff are similar to those of our general employees. See above for more information.
Lifeguarding is a seasonal summer position. Persons applying for this position must have an active lifeguard certification. Along with the general lifeguarding duties the person in this position will also take care of the pool by cleaning up the pool deck, vacuuming and skimming the pool, and taking and recording chemical readings under supervision of our maintenance coordinator. There is also an opportunity to combine this position with that of a summer staff position to receive more working hours.
Summer Interns have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of Christian camping ministry in a 10 week residency program. Click here for the full description and details.
