Diamond Arrow's dining hall can seat up to 265 people for dining. Meals are served cafeteria style with a self-serve salad bar, condiment bar, and beverage bar.

Light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with sausage links.
FRENCH TOAST
Texas toast dipped in a cinnamon egg wash and grilled to perfection. Served with one sausage link & one strip of bacon.
WAFFLES
Warm and crisp waffles served with sausage links.
BISCUITS AND GRAVY
Flaky homemade biscuits served with country gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties.
HOME FRIES
Fresh, hand cut home fries grilled with peppers and onions and served with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and toast.
ENGLISH MUFFIN
Toasted English muffins served with scrambled eggs and sausage patties.
CINNAMON ROLLS
Freshly baked cinnamon rolls made from decades old recipe drizzled with icing. Served with banana bread or coffee cake and sausage links.
BREAKFAST BURRITOS
Scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a mixture of Italian Sausage, peppers, onion, and garlic wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Add your own cheese, salsa, sour cream, and hot sauce.
FRITTATA
This well seasoned egg dish is an all-in-one delight! A yummy mix of eggs, sausage, veggies, and cheese baked into a fluffy frenzy of flavor. Served with croissant and fruit salad. Vegetarian frittata available upon request.

PULLED PORK SANDWICHES
Delicious pork butt smoked for over 12 hours, shredded, and served on a bun with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Served with french fries and cole slaw.
GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES
Melty grilled cheese sandwiches made with cheddar and pepperjack cheeses served with tomato soup.
BURRITOS
Shredded chicken simmered in homemade taco seasoning with Mexican style rice, and black beans wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Add your own cheese, salsa, sour cream, and hot sauce.
GRILLED PIZZA & WINGS
Pepperoni pizza grilled to crisp perfection on the smoker with mild buffalo wings. Cheese and vegetarian pizza available upon request.
GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES
Grilled chicken breast on a soft potato bun. Add your own tomato, lettuce and condiments. Served with seasoned curly fries.
SANDWICH BAR

Layers of lasagna noodles, a delicious red sauce with ground beef and ground sausage, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella make for a warm, hearty meal served with garlic bread and steamed broccoli.
BBQ CHICKEN
Juicy chicken thighs smoked for an hour to lock in the juices and smothered with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Served with corn bread, macaroni and cheese and steamed green beans.
CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
Delicious hand rolled chicken enchiladas with homemade enchilada sauce served with Mexican rice and black beans.

RAVIOLI WITH ARRABBIATA SAUCE
Four cheese ravioli with an arrabbiata sauce made of diced tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes for just the right amount of heat. Mop up the delicious sauce with a crunchy piece of garlic bread. Served with steamed broccoli.
GRILLED LEMON CHICKEN
Tender chicken thighs seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic salt and smoked for an hour for the right balance of smoky lemon zing. Served with a dinner roll, roasted red potatoes, and Normandy vegetables.
TACOS
Choose chicken, pork, or ground beef tacos served with Mexican rice and black beans. Add your own toppings from a selection of shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and hot sauce. Tortilla chips and homemade pico de gallo salsa on the side.
