Local Summer Staff at Diamond Arrow play a vital role in supporting camp operations while gaining valuable experience in service, teamwork, and faith in action.
Staff serve in areas like food service, housekeeping, and snack shack, helping create a welcoming environment for every guest. While this role does not include on-site housing, it still offers meaningful opportunities for growth through work, relationships, and spiritual engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Fulfill assigned duties in operational roles (kitchen, cleaning, snack shack, etc.)
Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
Work well with team members and supervisors
Represent Diamond Arrow with a positive and respectful attitude

Dates & Pay
Approx. June 1 – August 2 (exact dates may vary slightly)
$17/Hour
Includes training, optional summer program, and the opportunity to continue employment after the summer season
Flexible scheduling depending on availability and need
Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
