Resident Summer Staff
Position Summary
The Resident Summer Staff program at Diamond Arrow is an immersive, Christ-centered experience designed for those who want to grow through intentional community, meaningful work, and daily discipleship.
Staff live on-site and serve in essential roles such as food service, housekeeping, snack shack, and site operations. This is a fast-paced, physically active role—but it is also a unique opportunity to experience discipleship through vocation, where everyday work becomes a way to grow in faith, character, and leadership.
What to Expect
This is a fully immersive and demanding experience:
Live in community with other staff for the full summer
Work long, active days in a service-oriented environment
Be stretched physically, relationally, and spiritually
You will be asked to work hard—but also invited into a rhythm of intentional growth and rest in God’s presence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve in assigned operational areas (kitchen, housekeeping, snack shack, etc.)
Maintain high standards of excellence, cleanliness, and hospitality
Fully engage in all scheduled work shifts, meetings, and spiritual programming
Contribute to a healthy, respectful, Christ-centered living environment
Model Christ-like character in all areas of life

Dates & Pay
Approx. June 1 – August 2 (exact dates may vary slightly)
$425 per week ($3825 for the summer season)
Includes training, full summer program, and end-of-season wrap-up
